Emergency interventions disrupt standard workflows and require immediate resource reallocation. Therefore, the SOS Protocol is billed on our highest fractional tier.
The Emergency Rate: €100/hour OR €200/hour. The exact rate is dictated strictly by the technical complexity and the required urgency of the task.
The SLA: Guaranteed execution and resolution focus within 24 hours.
The Billing Logic: Every initiated SOS ticket is billed as 1 initial started hour + the exact active time required to resolve the complexity. If your emergency requires a multi-disciplinary team (e.g., a coder and a compliance expert), you are billed for the combined active time of all staff required to resolve the crisis.
Do not pay a massive retainer just "in case" of an emergency. Pay the premium only when the emergency actually strikes.
