How Our Fractional Billing Engine Works
Once your foundation is built, you gain access to your dedicated Kanban queue and our transparent billing matrix. A minimum of 1 hour is billed per selected service, per month.

- Tier 2: The Flexible Track (Ad-Hoc) Submit sudden tickets, bug fixes, or minor feature requests directly to your cloud team with no monthly commitment. Billed starting from €50/hour. (Every initiated task is billed as 1 initial hour + required complexity time).
- Tier 3: The Emergency Track (Rush Delivery) Critical server failure? Urgent campaign launch? Skip the queue with immediate priority routing. Executed within 24 hours, billed at €100 – €200/hour depending strictly on technical complexity.
- Block Scheduling (Ongoing Support Desks) If you require a human expert reserved for a specific time block (e.g., Live Customer Support every Tuesday, 13:00–16:00), you are billed for the full 3-hour block regardless of call downtime, ensuring dedicated human resource allocation.
