• Systems Administrator (The Fixer): Deployed automatically by our AI when a complex server anomaly, bug, or manual update requires human ingenuity.

• Compliance Auditor: Ensures your ongoing daily operations remain strictly compliant with GDPR, NIS2 (cybersecurity), and EAA directives.

Phase 1: Command Node Setup (One-Time Onboarding) Even if you already have an existing website or infrastructure, we must integrate it into our secure EU-compliant ecosystem.

• Base Setup Fee: €250 – €500 (Determined by the complexity of your existing architecture).

• 3rd-Party Integrations: + €100 per integration (e.g., connecting external CRM data, payment gateways, or existing social media feeds to the central dashboard).

Phase 2: Ongoing Fractional Management (Monthly) To keep your Cloud Team active, you must select a minimum of 1 billable hour per month for your chosen management services.

• The Predictable Track (Retainer): Starting at €20/hour. Pre-book a set number of hours for routine manual maintenance, content updates, or strategic management.

• The Flexible Track (Ad-Hoc): Starting at €50/hour. Submit sudden bugs or IT support tickets. Note: Every initiated task is billed as 1 initial started hour + the time required for technical complexity.

• The Emergency Track (Rush): €100 – €200/hour. Critical server failure or severe data breach? Immediate priority routing with a strict 24-hour SLA.

• The Traditional Hire (Organizational Drain): Hiring a mid-level internal developer costs approximately €4,000/month in base salary. • The Floaty Choice (Ad-Hoc): You don't commit, and submit the fixes as standard tickets to the Kanban queue.

  • 5 hours x €50/hour = €250

Phase 3: Ongoing Protection (Monthly) To keep our AI vulnerability scanning active and maintain your digital shield, you simply commit to the absolute minimum billing rule.
