• The Flexible Track (Ad-Hoc): Starting at €50/hour. Need a sudden graphic designed or a quick change to an active ad? Submit a ticket. Billed as 1 initial started hour + the time required for technical complexity.

• The Emergency Track (Rush): €100 – €200/hour. PR crisis or an urgent campaign launch required within 24 hours? Immediate priority routing.
