Support Terms & SLA Billing Logic
Our fractional cloud team model ensures you pay strictly for active execution rather than idle time. To manage our human resources efficiently, support response times and hourly rates scale directly with your commitment level.
1. Retainer Clients (Active Contract)By providing us with operational predictability, you unlock our lowest market rates and priority routing.
2. Ad-Hoc Support (Non-Contracted)For clients who require pay-as-you-go flexibility without a monthly retainer, agility comes at a premium.
1. Retainer Clients (Active Contract)By providing us with operational predictability, you unlock our lowest market rates and priority routing.
- Standard Support (2–3 Days SLA): Starting from €20 / hour.
- Rush Delivery (24-Hour SLA): €100 / hour. Your monthly commitment guarantees emergency priority and a strict 24-hour response turnaround.
2. Ad-Hoc Support (Non-Contracted)For clients who require pay-as-you-go flexibility without a monthly retainer, agility comes at a premium.
- Standard Support (48-Hour SLA): €50 / hour.
- Rush Delivery (24-Hour SLA): €200 / hour.
- Warning: Non-contracted rush requests are strictly subject to available capacity. If our cloud team is locked into retainer obligations and cannot resolve your emergency within 24 hours, the request will be rejected and no fee will be charged.
- Warning: Non-contracted rush requests are strictly subject to available capacity. If our cloud team is locked into retainer obligations and cannot resolve your emergency within 24 hours, the request will be rejected and no fee will be charged.
- The 1-Hour Minimum: Every submitted task or support ticket is billed as 1 initial started hour, plus the fractional time required to resolve the complexity.
- Multi-Disciplinary Tickets: If a single ticket requires multiple domains of expertise (e.g., a server crash + a GDPR compliance check), the billed time is the combined time of all fractional experts required to resolve the issue.
- Block Scheduling: For live support workflows (e.g., CX or IT Helpdesk), you are billed for the full reserved time block regardless of downtime. Call volume estimates must be provided to ensure accurate human resource allocation.
- Base Onboarding Audit: €250 – €500
- External Integrations: + €100 per 3rd-party integration (e.g., social media channels, external CRMs).
- All quoted rates, estimates, and final invoices are strictly exclusive of 25% MOMS (VAT).
